How booking, cancellation and refunds work. The exact cancellation terms for your stay are shown on the offer and again before you pay.
Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment is authorized and the hotel reservation is committed; you then receive a confirmation and voucher. Some rooms are on request and are confirmed within 24 hours.
Free cancellation
Where a rate is refundable, you can cancel free of charge until the date shown on your booking, and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Non-refundable and penalty rates
Some rates are non-refundable, or carry a cancellation penalty. This is clearly labelled before you pay. If a penalty applies, the exact refund is confirmed when you cancel.
How to cancel and refunds
You can cancel from “Manage your booking” using your reference and email. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; the timing depends on your bank.
